Stonehenge
Everyone is familiar with the Megalithic (stone age) site called Stonehenge. What many people are not aware of is: the complexity and different uses of the site which prehistoric man constructed over 5,000 years ago.
For our purposes, there are four items of interest we will cover; the stones themselves, Ley lines, patterns the stones and monuments were arranged in and what Stonehenge and Woodhenge were used for.
The blue stone that make up Stonehenge are from the Preseli mountains, over 400 kilometers away in southwest Wales.
Definition: Welsh blue stone– Preseli Dolerite (Blue stone) is a Metamorphic Igneous rock (formed under heat and pressure) and harder than granite. Blue stone tools such as axes were used by prehistoric man to carve granite. The blue stones at Stonehenge weight up to 4 tons each and 60 were used.
The blue stone were arranged in a circle within the sarsen circle and also set in a horseshoe pattern within the sarsen horseshoe. Evidence points to many different arrangements over the thousands of years Stonehenge was in use. Of the original setting, only 16 are still standing with others leaning, lying on the ground or buried stumps.
We have no records of how prehistoric man, with only wooden rollers and sledges, were able to transport the blue stone to Stonehenge and why these particular stones were vital to the construction.
The Sarsen Stones are of the type found in Marlborough Downs thirty kilometers north of Stonehenge and the weight varies between 20 to 30 Tons, depending on the size.
Definition: Sarsen Sandstone is a hard, 60 million year old silicified sandstone. The outer circle’s vertical sarsens are connected by sarsens horizontally laid on top of them (lintels). The inner horseshoe is also made up of larger sarsens. About 50 sarsens remain but there may have been more.
While geologist have traced the areas the Stonehenge stones are likely to have come from, there are differing opinions between geology and glaciology as to how the stones got to the Salisbury plains. The scientist who study glaciers state that 400,000 years ago there were two glacier flows from the area of Wales and the Irish Sea which flowed east up what is now the Bristol Channel. Ancient man might have found many ‘glacier erratics’ (huge stones picked up and moved by slow moving glaciers) already on the Salisbury plains 5,000 years ago. With no records and thousands of years of men harvesting stones from the Salisbury plains for building homes, barns, and roads we can not be sure of what was readily available and close by when Stonehenge was built. No engineering project would import 4 ton stones 400 kilometers if they did not have to, and if none were locally available, there would have to be a very good reason to go to all the trouble to import them from Wales….. For now, how the stones got there and why two different types were used remains a mystery.

The Ley Lines
Definition: Neolithic- having to do with the late Stone Age, when man began the domestication of animals, development of agriculture and manufacture of pottery and textiles. (SOI 5)
Neolithic man was aware that certain areas contained ‘power’ from the earth and built monuments like Stonehenge on these area to focus and use the earth’s power. This ancient knowledge was lost to the public and one of the first written references to ley lines was made by the Royal astrologer to Queen Elizabeth I, Dr. John Dee. In about 1582 Dr. Dee stated; “The true mathematical science is that which measureth the invisible lines and immortal beams which can pass through cold and turf, hill and dale. It was for this reason, it was accounted by all ancient priests the chiefest science; for it gave them power both in their words and works.” Dr. Dee was referring to Ley lines and Geomancy, or Fung Shui as it is also known.
I have personally done one of Dr. Dee’s Enochian rituals calling on the angels of the Watchtower, which will be covered elsewhere.
By 1776, Ley lines, divining, Geomancy and sacred geometry were well known subjects to the founding fathers of the new United States, as most of them were educated Masonic members. The streets and monuments of city/state of Washington DC are based on sacred geometry and later, the Pentagon would be build over the meeting place of five Ley lines, all to; “Give power to their words and works…”
Ley lines were brought back to the public’s attention in 1925 when Alfred Watkins published “The Old Straight Track”. Alfred noticed that old trails and pathways across the English countryside formed near linear / straight alignments. Numerous Ley lines run through Stonehenge and Avebury as we will see later in this report.
The power of Ley lines was used (and abused) by the National Socialist Pa
rty who intentionally built concentration camps and slave labor factories like Sachsenhausen along Ley lines, to; “Give power to their words and works…” . We have already begun to take our power back with the “Healing the Land” project and the next steps will be covered later in this report.

So what are Ley lines? According to Alfred Watkins; “Ley lines are hypothetical alignments of a number of places of geographical interest, such as ancient monuments and megaliths.” (SOI 7) Ley lines are known throughout the world by various cultures. To the Germans, they are ‘Heilige Linien,’ ‘Fairy Lines’ to the Irish, ‘Dragon Lines’ to the Chinese, ‘Song Paths’ to the Aborigines and ‘Spirit Lines’ to the Peruvians.
Patterns of the Stones
Stonehenge is a temple aligned to the sun and moon. On the summer solstice the center alter in Stonehenge, the Slaughter and Heel Stones all align. The lunar alignment of Stonehenge is apparent with the most northerly rising of the full moon at mid-winter.
From an astrological point of view, researcher Andis Kaulins noticed that Stonehenge, Woodhenge and Marden are laid out like the star pattern of the Pleiades.
What Stonehenge and Woodhenge were used for
It has been theorized that Stonehenge, with its cremation remains and being made out of Stone, was a monument for the dead and Wood henge, 4 kilometers away, was for the living. The thousands of workers needed to build Stonehenge would have lived in and around Woodhenge. Both Stonehenge and Woodhenge had direct access to the river Avon. The river Avon is close enough to Woodhenge to be a constant source of fresh water and the path from Stonehenge to the river (1 kilometer) might have been ceremonial, with meanings connected to the afterlife. The river Avon might have been used to transport the Stones from Wales to the Stonehenge site.
Avebury Stone Circle Complex
For the sake of simplicity, we will use the common names for the Ley lines. Various churches have “gained access to” pagen and neolithic sites to build their churches on, used the standing stones to build their
churches and declared the earth energy that emanates from sites like Avebury to be ‘divine.’ They labeled Ley lines with church names to suit their purpose. To quote Dr. Dee; “To give them (the church) power in their words and works…”
The so-called Michael Ley line runs through Avebury, Glastonbury and The Hurlers, aligns with the path of the sun on every 8th of May and is considered an astronomical Ley line. The energy of the Michael line is considered to be male, Yang, strong and supportive. I believe that the Ley line and the energy existed long before the Romans or neolithic man arrived. What I do know is that there is a strong Yang, ‘silver’ energy that any sensitive person can encounter in Avebury. The very interesting thing about Avebury is that there is also a blue, feminine, Yin energy that is in the same area and can be found together in the Avebury Stone Ring Complex site at certain points together with the ‘Michael’ energy. The Yin energy is commonly referred to as; ‘The Mary Ley.’
No records exist of how the builders of the Stone Rings and corridors of standing stones that connected them used their creations. It has been noted that there are man made holes in some of the standing stones that match star patterns in the night sky 5,000 years ago. No one is sure how the Avebury Complex was used. We found sets of concrete markers where concentric rings of standing stones once stood called; “The Sanctuary.” from there a wide path lined with standing stones headed north (Kennet Avenue) to the south circle of Avebury (mostly intact) and the north circle (mostly destroyed) both within a large circle of standing stones. This larger circle of standing stones is 1,400 feet in diameter, the circle of about 100 stones, each weighting up to 60 tons. The southern, inner circle had at its center a huge stone known as “The Obelisk” place
d on the Michael Ley line, and the “Vulva stone” placed on the Mary Ley line. The north circle was mostly destroyed, From there the road continued north to “Windmill Hill” where both the Michael and Mary Ley lines met again and then down a stone lined way called “Beckhamton avenue.”
We did many meditations with the Mary and Michael Ley lines, at the Sanctuary, the southern circle and on Windmill mound. At each place both the silver Yang energy and blue Yin energy were strong, present and immediately accessible. At the Vulva stone in the southern circle, Rebecca reported feeling; “extereamley warm and open… just pulling the energy in… no sense of dominating, just like surrendered, open.” The Yin energy there spoke to me like a friend who knew everything about me. Inside the body I felt a melting of patterns held in the sacrum area.
A few meter away at the site where the Obelisk once stood ( a church leader had it destroyed) a concrete marker remains. The earth energy flows there independent of the Obelisk stone. We walked Bagua, did San Jiao and Mikkyo there then meditated. Rebecca reported feeling still in her mind and heart. The entering into the Yang energy was like a melting, leading to deep understanding… nothing there but huge trans formative power. And nothing to do but step into the transformation power. (Later we would find a shed snake’s skin at the Obelisk- a Shamanic sign of transformation.) In a trance meditation there I heard a male/Yang voice tell me;” Welcome home. Welcome the coming changes to your think
ing and body. Pay attention to your focus… It is always your choice….Allow.” We both received instructions to use the Ley lines while we were on them. When the meditation was over, we gathered grasses, flowers, snake skins and feathers to weave into Shamanic circles.
Hurlers Stone Circle
The Michael Ley line also runs right through a stone circle in Cornwall called; “Hurlers.” During our visit to that stone circle we checked into a visitors center that had details and pictures about how150 years ago the residents had mined copper in the area. I am familiar with how mineral deposits form from my experience with green peridot, the semi-precious stone found in Hawaii. I was fascinated to find out that millions of 
years ago, the veins of copper that were mined formed in the same way as the green peridot, forming veins along lava flows under intense heat and pressure. The Victorian era laborers mined the veins of copper for a living, never realizing that they were digging up naturally formed “antennas” that transmitted earth energy to the stone rings and sacred sites. While it is my conjecture that earth energy that neolithic man used in his stone rings flowed along the veins of copper and quartz from the earth’s mantel to the sacred sites, it is a fact that both the Glastonbury Abby and the church further south on the Michael line at St. Michael’s Mound were both damaged at the same time by an earthquake due to sitting on the same fault line.
At any rate, in silent meditation we once again got in touch with the energy there and felt the stones talking amongst themselves.
From an astrological point of view, researcher Andis Kaulins noticed that the Avebury Complex is laid out like the star pattern of Perseus.
Golitha Falls
Only a few kilometers from the Moors around The Hurlers stone circle, we found Golitha Falls. The highest ‘falls’ being only about a meter and a half, the Falls are more a series of rapids. However in the small valley formed there, is a magical wonderland. The springs around the Hurlers empty into Golitha Falls and the rapids send up mist that creates an environment where one can easily imagine what earth is like without people, pure nature rejoicing in it’s self.
We make an offering to the spirits there and while chanting and playing in the healing waters, I noticed large veins of clear and white quartz running through the bedrock of Golitha Falls lending their high vibrational energy to the waters.

On that last day of our holidays (holy days) we entered a space where all Cornish fairies seemed to assemble. We walked on those rare mosses, took in the clear air with every breath and joined the refreshing waters of the Golitha Falls, the source of the River Fowey.
Glastonbury and the Chalice Well
At Glastonbury there are the remains of an old Abby built on a prehistoric and pagan (earth worshiping) culture. Where the high alter of the Abby used to be is the meeting point of the Michael and Mary Ley lines. The Michael and Mary Ley lines are highly magnetic, and magnetism can heal. Thousands of years ago, a global culture maintained these magnetic rivers of energy that flowed freely. The free movement of this 
energy contributes towards planetary harmony and is a direct way to communicate with mother earth. Temples and monuments built on these lines and line crossings would have been able to access this energy to; “Give power both in their words and works.”
We took the time to meditate at the small lake where the silver Michael energy flows out of the ground with 
a spring of fresh water.
We also meditated at the site of the old “High Alter” where the Michael and Mary Ley line 
energies meet.

Before we hopped on the plane in Bristol, Michael drove all the way from Cornwall to Glastonbury to enjoy the Gardens of the Chalice Well for one last time. At this nodal point, the Michael ley line can be detected as very tranquil and healing, playing with the feminine terrestrial energy of the Mary Ley line.
Berlin’s Ley Lines and Power Places
Berlin has it’s own Ley lines that run through it. The infamous Sachenshausen concentration camp is built directly on a Ley line and gives an example of the abuse of the power of the lines. In contrast, two Ley lines cross in HeiligenSee in Grunewald. Another wooded nature spot where two Ley lines cross is next to SacrowerSee in Potsdam. Two Ley lines cross in Neukölln close to Britzer Gardens, another fine example of the beauty of nature.
How to take our power back
When people gather together and meditate, chant or sing for peace on Ley lines or, better yet, where two lines cross, they then use the earth power of the Ley lines to; “Give power both in their words and works.” Gather some friends and go to these places. Pour your strongest, heartfelt desire for peace into mother earth on the Ley lines and Ley line crossings. Do it today, during the Solstice, the Equinox, your birthday, whenever! No high alters or elaborate ceremonies are necessary. Speak from the heart and your heart’s desire will be manifested in this reality. The more human energy that pours into the earth in the name of peace, the faster we can manifest peace. Do it for yourself, for the people you love, do it for all those men, women and children who fell or suffered in war. Just do it.
